Coaching Director - Conor Spence

Conor is a California Native who relocated to the valley at an early age. He grew up playing soccer in the valley. Conor has experienced many successes in his soccer career, one of them being acting as Captain of the Horizon High School Team as they were able to achieve the honor of becoming Arizona State Champions. Conor continued his love for soccer as he played in college at Concordia University in Portland, OR. After college, Conor played at FC Tucson as a defender and was named to the All-Western Conference Team. He continues his love for the game through coaching, which allows him to offer opportunities to kids that share the same love. Conor is the director of coaching for Scottsdale Premier and is also the Assistant Coach of Brophy Preparatory High School, where he was instrumental in leading the team to the Arizona State Championship in 2019. His love and dedication to the sport carries over into his coaching career and enjoys being an active participant in the development and enrichment of the players. 

Coach - Nagui Sabbagh

Naugi was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and started playing club soccer at the age of 6. He played for several clubs throughout his youth winning several state titles along the way. He played for Saguaro High School as a 4 Year Varsity starter. Naugi went on to play for Mesa Community College for 2 years and earned the NJCAA Arizona Player of the Year for Arizona in his freshman year. He lead in both goals and assists both years at Mesa Community College. He then received a full-ride scholarship to Metro State University in Denver, Colorado where he finished out his college athletic career. He received a Bachelor of Communications – Sports Broadcasting and Minored in Coaching. He currently is the Saguaro High School Varsity Soccer Coach. They have had many successes including finishing 3rd in the state for the first time in Saguaro High School’s history. He has coached with Scottsdale Premier since 2014 and is USSF “E” licensed.

Coach - Davis Peck

Davis was raised in Gilbert, Arizona and grew up playing soccer from a very young age. Being a former club player in the state of Arizona and having the opportunity to play on multiple Arizona club leagues as well as a collegiate D1 athlete at the University of Evansville, Davis has had tremendous personal experience to know what collegiate coaches look for in there players. Currently a head coach to our youngest Premier Soccer leagues he loves working with kids and has the ability to teach the kids the technical aspects of the game, and grow them into great athletes.

Coach - Gary Tilyer

Gary was born in London England and grew up playing soccer. He excelled playing all 4 years at his high school along with club soccer. He was a multi-sport athlete and represented his high school in swimming, rugby, & track as well. He continued to play in the Men’s Amateur League where he also stepped into coaching and owning the team. He has lived in many places and ultimately moved to Arizona in 2000. He is currently the JV Coach for Saguaro High School and the Assistant Coach for the Varsity team. He joined Scottsdale Premier Coaching Staff in 2019 and has great success thus far. He holds certificates for NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching and NFHS Concussion in Sports. He is a great asset to the club.
