U6-U8 | Motor Skills, Emotional and Technical Development

During early ages, players join soccer at many different stages of development. With the influx of players from different backgrounds children can have similar abilities across several age groups while they gain experience and teaching within the program. Players are treated individually, mastery of the ball and body are the main focuses. 

Focus:

  • Coordination, balance and movements are developed with the ball.
  • Ball familiarity, mastery and manipulation.
  • Players are inspired to work hard and motivated to be their best.
  • Staff help players build a love for the game. 

Outline:

  • Players participate 2-3 times per week  (practice, scrimmage play, games).
  • 9-11 month program.
  • Development leagues and state play, local tournament

Format:

  • 4 vs. 4
  • 7 vs. 7

U9-U12 | Individual Technique and Strategy

Players continue to be given individual focuses with an integrated U7-U12 curriculum but are now challenged to make decisions and make choices in 1v1 activities to develop strategy. Players are asked to become technically strong and advanced manipulators of the ball to build a solid foundation for future years and focuses.

Focus:

  • 1v1 Tactics and decision making; defending & attacking.
  • Coordination, balance and movements are developed with the ball.
  • Striking, passing, dribbling and receiving techniques.
  • Players are inspired to work hard and motivated to be their best.
  • Staff help players build a love for the game. 

Outline:

  • Players participate 3 times per week  (practice, scrimmage play, games).
  • 9-11 month program.
  • Development leagues, State Level Play, and Local Neighboring Tournaments to Presidents Cup.

Format:

  • 7 vs. 7
  • 9 vs. 9

Premier Competitive TEams

U13-U14 | Individual Technique and Group Tactics

This program is vital in shaping the player to become a force on the soccer field. Individual elements are now affected by team mates and decisions. A group focus takes center stage and how the team is used to find solutions on the field that individuals can not due to game dynamics. Principles of attacking and defending help shape the player to find success on the field. Soccer development is still the primary focus; winning and physical abilities are secondary.

Focus:

  • Group tactics and decision making; defending & attacking.
  • Individual technique & motor skill development.
  • Players are inspired to work hard and to motivate themselves to the best they can.
  • Coaches and Club look to increase each players drive and hunger for soccer. 

Outline:

  • Players participate 3-4 times per week  (practice, scrimmage play, games)
  • 11 month program
  • Development leagues, state and regional play

Format:

  • 9 vs. 9
  • 11 vs. 11

U15-18 | Individual Technique and Team Development

During the high school ages the team takes shape, filled with individual talent. Group tactics changes to team development with individual focuses providing the foundation of the team. Players are shaped to fulfill roles and responsibilities for team performance. Principles of attacking and defending help shape the player to find success on the field. Players showcase their talents for future growth and opportunities. Players have a chance to stay in the program 11 months a year if they wish. The TOP Talent program gives players an opportunity to stay in club soccer all year round.

  • Individual development; team development.
  • Team performance and competition.
  • Players motivated to grow, stay disciplined and focused.
  • Staff helps players prepare for graduation into college or other opportunities.

Outline:

  • Players participate 3-4 times per week  (practice, scrimmage play, games).
  • 8-11 month program – Depending on High School Participation
  • Premier Elite Program – 3-4 month outline
  • State, regional and national play

Format:

  • 11 vs. 11
